Product introduction

Mixing tank is mainly used for preparation of all kinds of liquid premix mixing. Such as: medicine, daily chemical, food, glue chemical products, etc., widely used. With the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, easy cleaning, simple structure, etc., it is the ideal production equipment for manufacturers to configure liquid. The equipment is divided into tank body, tank cover, mixing structure, heating system, motor reducer, leg, the electric tank top is equipped with a stirring power device to drive the mixing paddle. The bottom is equipped with a discharging port, and the discharging valve can be opened after mixing. It can also be filled by connecting the filling equipment with a hose.

Controls

1. Before using the equipment, the tank should be washed with light hot water. Open the lid of the material into the pot, the material should not be filled too full, so as not to splash the material when stirring, causing material loss or environmental pollution.

2. Heat transfer oil is added before the heating tank is used. The heating temperature can be adjusted by controlling the panel. The stirring system and the heating system can be controlled separately and can also be opened at the same time.

3. After mixing, when the equipment is not in use, drain the remaining materials in the tank, rinse with clean water, brush off the attached materials, and carry out a comprehensive cleaning of the tank.
